Introducing...

Allie!

If you so much as look at her, her tail starts wagging.  #notetheblurrytail

She is a border collie corgi mix.  She has border collie coloring and face, but corgi ears and legs.  She is somewhere between 8-12 months and is 15 pounds less than Basil.

Banjo is enjoying her expanded perch.  Allie has been really good with Banjo so far.  She has no interest in chasing.

Here are Allie and Basil cuddling on the way home.  No cuddling has happened since :(

This picture is blurry, but shows their height difference:

We adopted Allie from a rescue in Indiana, who rescued her from a shelter in Kentucky where she was going to be euthanized.  Basil is also from Kentucky, but was from Animal Control and rescued by a different shelter in Illinois.

So far her goals in life are to lick faces and cuddle.

Allie is a world-class snuggler.  She has 1/10th of Basil's energy, though I'm sure as she gets more comfortable she will perk up and come out of her shell more.

    1. Yep! It was hard for me to see all these dogs needing homes and knowing that I could have another. I am done now!
